Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There are no fees charged by zz669 on standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Processing times are typically same-day but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above designated thresholds.
- Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
- zz669 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.

- Use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, sharing cards or hand information in live games, or coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers.
